Sarah was lecturing at Fordham University in a class on Ethics and Pop Culture and wanted to point students to a place to guide their decision making; when she realized there wasn’t one, she got excited. As a long-time public library stan, Sarah realized gathering free resources in was a way she could support her fellow filmmakers and students! Sarah brought the Ethics Resource Library to the DPA in 2021 and assembled a group of armchair librarians to comb through a list of resources to create the library. The vetting group working to create the first edition of the library, expected to be available to the public in the fall of 2024.
